Smytten’s cancellation and returns policy is designed to ensure maximum satisfaction for its customers. If you, as a buyer, do not receive the delivery within the time period agreed in the transaction or within the time period as provided in the policies, you are entitled to claim a refund of the transaction price.
For electronic transactions, any refund will be made at the same issuing bank from where the transaction price was received.
